"Social Business" is moderately a new concept in Bangladesh as well as in the global business community Coined by Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus, the concept has graduated from a theoretical strategy to be implemented in many regions across the world. The main purpose behind the social husiness concept is to solve social problems through market-based business model solutions. Though social businesses use a business structure in order to solve social issues, they do not allow the entrepreneur or investor to take any dividend.

If big corporations would emerge and implement the concept of social business in only half of their operations, the threat of wealth concentration would be reversed very quickly. According to an Oxfam report, only 8 persons on Earth control half of the global wealth.
